This Decision Is A Big Deal,” Biden Appointed Federal Judge Turns On The Democrats On Major Gun Law Case

In June, the U.S. Supreme Court issued its most important pro-Second Amendment decision in nearly two decades. Justices ruled 6 to 3 that New York’s concealed carry law was unconstitutionally restrictive.

The Biden Administration and the anti-gun crowd are angry over the ruling. It implies similarly restrictive concealed carry laws, limited primarily to blue states, are also likely to be successfully challenged.

The Supreme Court ruling on New York’s laws stripped away the clause requiring applicants to show proper cause to carry a firearm outside their home. It ruled New York’s proper-cause requirement was not part of a historical tradition defining the outer bounds of the right to keep and bear arms.

The Supreme Court’s ruling in the New York case has impacted several other states and their concealed carry requirements. The State of California dropped its Good Cause clause which was similar to New York’s.

The conservativebrief.com reported U.S. District Court Judge Charlotte Sweeney, who was appointed by President Biden, has ruled against the President. She issued a temporary block to Boulder County, Colorado gun laws that prohibit, among other things, so-called assault weapons.

The block was issued on behalf of the Rocky Mountain Gun Owners. It is the fifth lawsuit brought by the gun advocacy group in Colorado including one targeting the 15-round magazine capacity limit after a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that struck down the New York gun law.

Shortly after her ruling, it was announced that Superior, Louisville, Boulder City, and Boulder County, all requested to consolidate the four cases into one. They have also agreed to suspend enforcement of their “assault weapon” and standard capacity magazine bans, pending the final decision on the injunction.

Biden and his anti-gun folks have been arguing violating the second amendment right on guns isn’t harmful and that public safety outweighs any potential harm. Judge Sweeney disagreed noting that simply violating a Constitutional right qualifies as irreparable harm.

She further remarked that the potentially unconstitutional nature of the ordinance outweighs the public interest. If this is allowed to happen with guns, what else can happen? Where is the line drawn? What else can the Government do?

Liberal Progressives claim to be concerned with gun violence, but they do nothing to curb the war zone that the city of Chicago has become. They do nothing to stop the terroristic reign of progressive District Attorneys installed in States across the nation by George Soros.

People like Dudley Brown, the President of the Rocky Mountain Gun Owners club, are fighting back. “Gun owners in Colorado are sick and tired of being treated like second-class citizens and having gun control shoved down our throats,” he said.

He would conclude, “And honestly, nothing makes me happier than dropping a scathing lawsuit right in their authoritarian laps. We will sue any town, city, or county who continues to trample on our natural rights,” concluded Brown.

Biden taunted Americans in a speech. He said, “For those brave right-wing Americans who say it’s all about keeping America, keeping America independent and safe if you want to fight against the country, you need an F-15. You need something a little more than a gun.”

There has never been a President who has threatened his people as Biden has. He has done it on multiple occasions. He did it back in June of 2021 when he said Americans “need F-15s and maybe some nuclear weapons” to take on the Government.

The administration may want to think about their choice of words. If American fighter pilots or troops are ever issued those immoral and illegal orders, it is unlikely the orders will be followed. The only people who would need to be concerned would be those giving the orders.
