Trump and JD Vance Troll Democrats With Hilarious Thanksgiving Tweets

This evening, President-Elect Donald Trump took to social media to deliver a lighthearted jab at the Democrats, sharing a parody video that has garnered attention and laughter. It’s a testament to Trump’s knack for humor, a quality even some of his critics acknowledge.

The video, inspired by the classic film National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation, features a computer-generated President Biden, whose likeness is superimposed on Chevy Chase’s iconic character, Clark Griswold. In a humorous twist, Biden quips, “If this turkey tastes half as good as it looks, I think we’re all in for a very big treat.”

California Representative Adam Schiff makes an appearance as the quirky Cousin Eddie, urging, “Save the neck for me, Clark.” Meanwhile, Vice President Kamala Harris is portrayed as Eddie’s wife, Catherine, complete with her signature laugh. The video also showcases an awkward moment with First Lady Jill Biden, who is depicted as Beverly D’Angelo’s Ellen Griswold, and features outgoing Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer alongside former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who is seen nervously gulping a glass of wine.

The parody video, which Trump shared on Truth Social, is a clever and entertaining way to celebrate the holiday while poking fun at political rivals. JD Vance joined in on the festive spirit, tweeting, “Just fantastic. Here’s hoping everyone has had a wonderful Thanksgiving.”

As we reflect on this Thanksgiving, it’s clear that humor can bridge divides, even in the often contentious world of politics.
