On Tuesday, the former president slapped Harris with reality and the fact that she could not use Biden’s campaign funds.
In a complaint filed at the Federal Election Commission, Trump’s campaign quipped: “Kamala Harris is seeking to perpetrate a $91.5 million dollar heist of Joe Biden’s leftover campaign cash — a brazen money grab that would constitute the single largest excessive contribution and biggest violation in the history of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended.”
Harris thought she could keep Biden’s campaign funds as her stash.
“Kamala Harris is in the process of committing the largest campaign finance violation in American history and she is using the Commission’s own forms to do it,” the filing concluded.
“The Commission must not and cannot sit idly by while one candidate takes nearly one hundred million dollars from the authorized committee of another, in violation of the Act and the will of the donors who gave the money in the first place.”
The complaint aims to prevent Cackling Kamala from using Biden’s war chest.
Trump believes Harris’ attempt to hijack more than 80 million campaign funds was a form of fraud.
The complaint included Biden, Harris, and Keana Spencer (treasurer) “for flagrantly violating the Act by making and receiving an excessive contribution of nearly one hundred million dollars, and for filing fraudulent forms with the Commission purporting to repurpose one candidate’s principal campaign committee for the use of another candidate.”
President Trump’s campaign counsel, David Warrington, believes, “[The Harris campaign] is in the process of committing the largest campaign finance violation in American history and she is using the Commission’s own forms to do it.”
FEC Chairman Sean Cooksey responded that Harris cannot easily take over Biden’s campaign funds.
In an appearance at NPR, Cooksey said, “What he’s attempting to do is to give his entire committee, the cash, and all the assets, over to another person.”
“I think it’s gonna have to go through a process, through the FEC,” Cooksey added.
“I expect, there’s probably going to be challenges to that at the agency, and probably in the courts as well.”

I’d be upset if I donated to Biden and Harris gets my donation ment for Bidens reelection. I might not be a fan of Harris and would not have donate to her campaign.
