Trump to End Russia-Ukraine Conflict; Spoke with Zelensky on War Resolution

America needs a leader. For years, corrupt Democrats have led the country into a quagmire, with the kid-sniffer dragging our country into wars that we should not be involved in the first place. Billions of people’s money were spent on senseless killings while veterans were left homeless, our children died of fentanyl, and our borders were invaded by illegal aliens.

President Donald Trump gives us that hope — the hope for peace and prosperity in our great nation.

Trump promised to settle conflicts, especially between Russia and Ukraine. This motivation prompts his recent phone call to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Friday.

According to a source close to Zelensky who requested anonymity, both leaders’ conversation went “exceedingly well.”

This discussion was the first since the conflict in Russia started in February 2022 when he pledged to Zelensky that he would seek a “just peace in Ukraine” once reelected.

News outfits noted that the former president told Zelensky that he would strive to negotiate a peace deal between the Kremlin and Kyiv.

Both camps remarked that the conversation went more traditionally diplomatic, with the Ukrainian president congratulating the former president for becoming the Republican Party’s official presidential nominee.

According to reports, Zelensky was the one who reached out to Trump after the attempted assassination against the MAGA leader in Butler, Pennsylvania.

The source quipped that the Ukrainian leader himself was once a victim of an assassination attempt by Putin in 2022.

Meanwhile, Trump has never been straightforward in his stance on the Russia-Ukraine war. However, for months, he has repeatedly vowed to bring peace between the two nations as soon as he returns to the Oval Office.

On the other hand, J.D. Vance, his VP tandem, has long opposed US funding to Ukraine.

Trump confirmed their conversation in his post on Truth Social. He emphasized his goal to bring the war to an end.

“I, as your next President of the United States, will bring peace to the world and end the war that has cost so many lives and devastated countless innocent families.”

Trump added, “Both sides will be able to come together and negotiate a deal that ends the violence and paves a path forward to prosperity.”

Zelensky also wrote on X that he and Trump agreed to meet personally to discuss “what steps can make peace fair and truly lasting.”

During the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, the former president asserted that “I will end every single international crisis that the current administration has created, including the horrible war with Russia and Ukraine, which would have never happened if I was president.”
