While speaking at the Turning Point Action Believers Summit in Florida last Friday, the former president discussed his plan to form a federal task force whose aim is to fight Christian persecution.
“I will create a new Federal Task Force on Fighting Anti-Christian bias. Its mission will be to investigate all forms of illegal discrimination, harassment, and persecution against Christians in America,” Trump pledged.
The Republican nominee had earlier declared this as part of his agenda to push back against anti-Christian biases.
During the campaign trail last year, Trump vowed that he would put an “end” to the war against Christians and blasted the Biden regime for the persecution suffered by Christians and “Americans of faith.”
“Christians and Americans of faith are being persecuted and government is being weaponized against religion like never before,” the former president quipped.
This plan comes after Republican lawmakers raised concern against FBI agents targeting devout religious Christians under the communist administration of Joe Biden.
The House Judiciary Committee thundered at the FBI for labeling traditional Catholics as “potential domestic terrorists.”
Trump also did not let sleazy Kamala Harris get away and slammed her for attacking judicial nominees who are members of the Knights of Columbus.
Harris, who was then senator, claimed that these judicial nominees should be disqualified from serving on the federal bench.
“I don’t know how a Catholic can vote for the Democrats, because they’re after the Catholics almost as much as they’re after me,” Trump furthered.
Under his term, Trump has implemented various programs to protect the religious freedom of Christians and the religious liberty of doctors, nurses, and teachers.
“No president has ever done what I’ve done for Christians,” President Trump remarked.
Aside from Trump, other speakers during the Turning Point’s jam-packed event were Trump adviser Peter Navarro, Dr. Ben Carson, and conservative political activist, who all spoke of “unity and biblical truth.”
