For the nth time, the Supreme Court ruled (again) that the Biden-Harris regime’s student loan forgiveness was unconstitutional on Wednesday.

In an unsigned order, the court said it “expected that the Court of Appeals will render its decision with appropriate dispatch.”
The Biden-Harris regime demands the SCOTUS cancel the student debt of millions of borrowers through an appeals process. However, GOP-led states opposed the program.
Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey hailed the decision. He wrote on X, “The Supreme Court unanimously upheld our court order blocking Kamala Harris and Joe Biden’s illegal student loan cancellation scheme.”
“This is a huge victory for the working Americans who won’t have to foot the bill for the Biden-Harris Ivy League bailout.”
Rep. Keith Self, a Texas lawmaker, quipped: “How many times does the Supreme Court need to tell the Biden-Harris administration NO?”
“This scheme would transfer student loan repayment to hard-working Americans who paid off their loans or didn’t go to college.”
The decision of the SCOTUS comes after the Justice Department issued an emergency appeal after a federal appeals court shut down Biden’s SAVE program last July.
Under the Biden-Harris regime’s SAVE plan, monthly payments and debts will be reduced for some loan beneficiaries, amounting to hundreds of billions of dollars for the next ten years.
The Education Department already permitted $5.5 billion worth of relief to 414,000 borrowers before the program was halted.
Before this recent decision, the Supreme Court had already dismissed Biden’s plan to offer $20,000 in student loan relief to borrowers.
A Missouri judge ruled that the regime “lacks the authority” to forgive loans and that in doing so, they would “likely harm Missouri” by reducing administrative fees.
Kansas blocked parts of the program in June. Both states filed separate lawsuits against the Biden-Harris SAVE program.
“Blue-collar Kansas workers who didn’t go to college shouldn’t have to pay off the student loans of New Yorkers with gender studies degrees,” Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach remarked.
Biden has implemented various schemes to circumvent the SCOTUS strike-down decision, but the court continues to assert that such a ‘relief’ program violates the law.
The liberal-controlled White House has been desperately trying to implement such student loan cancellation with only a few months until the election. Meanwhile, Republican-led states assert that Congress has to approve the program.
It looks like these cheaters need to find other ways to buy votes.
