We have already reported on the hallowed echoes of fury reverberating off the walls of various Republican’s houses. We also made more that a few references to what some of these people have said on Twitter.
Representatives Marjorie Taylor Green, Lauren Boebert, as well as Paul Gosar have been so incensed by the raid that they have all advocated for the Federal Bureau of Investigation to be defunded, or otherwise, destroyed.
Former Republican candidate for President, Dr. Ben Carson, recently compared the raid to something out of Castro or Mao. Now, a member of the Trump family is sounding off.
Never in my lifetime did I think I would see an American law enforcement agency be run and weaponized like the FBI this evening. This is a frightening development in our modern political arena. This is the way of Mao and Castro, not Washington and Lincoln.

It has now been reported by the DC Enquirer that:
Former President Trump’s son Eric shared new details about the investigation into his father with Fox New Channel’s Brian Kilmeade on Monday, related to the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate.
Eric Trump told the host about how 30 FBI agents descended upon the home in an effort to find documents that the National Archives requested from Trump, which he supposedly took with him following his departure from the White House.
In a statement, President Trump had emphasized that his personal safe was opened. Eric shed light on that detail, saying the FBI found nothing within the safe, however, it is unknown whether they were able to retrieve the documents which originally prompted their entry into Mar-a-Lago, according to The Daily Wire.
It was then reported by the New York Times:
The former president delayed returning 15 boxes of materials including mementos, gifts, letters, and documents that had been requested by the National Archives.
In response to his delay, bureaucrats reportedly contacted the Department of Justice (DOJ) to look into Trump’s handling of White House materials.
The DC Enquirer went on to report that:
In response to this, federal prosecutors began a grand jury investigation and issued a subpoena to the National Archives earlier this year, making multiple interview requests of former White House officials that served in the Trump administration.
This isn’t the first time federal agents have visited Mar-a-Lago. In the spring a group of agents visited the Palm Beach estate in search of classified documents and at least one of the agents was involved in counterintelligence, per The Times.
So, the whole ordeal at Mar-A-Lago has drawn a ton of ire. This has taken place primarily within Republican and Conservative circles.
As one might expect, there was a tsunami of jubilation by Liberals and Democrats, all of whom seem to think that this is just the horrible orange man finally getting what is coming to him. The disparity in opinion is, by no means, surprising, but certainly is still well worth remarking upon.
We stated in a previous article that teh Mar-A-Lago event will likely be one of the more hotly contested political events to come along in some time and will likely fuel debate for some time. That will, or course, remain to be seen, but The Raging Patriot will be there to give the news!
