‘We’re Gonna Win New York!’- President Donald Trump

President Donald Trump continues his quest of turning blue states into red as he mobilized tens of thousands of supporters at his rally in South Bronx, New York.

For many, Trump is “the man who can save this country.”

Among those who attended the event were Black and Hispanic supporters who praised the former president.

People from various demographics arrived at the rally in the Bronx, which indicates that, indeed, Trump is the people’s president and Joe Biden’s support among black and Hispanic communities has dropped to historic levels since 2020.

For Trump, the turnout of the Bronx rally signals that the GOP will very likely win in New York, a state that has not voted for a Republican for four decades.

The presumptive Republican presidential nominee spoke with Fox and Friends co-host Lawrence Jones during the event, who asked him why he decided to hold a campaign event in the heart of New York City, an area where Biden won via landslide in 2020.

“Well, because I’ve done very well with the vote. I love the people. They’re incredible, they’re energetic, they’re entrepreneurial, and they’re gonna save New York, and we’re gonna win New York. And if we win New York, the election’s over,” Trump confidently replied.

When asked for his opinion on the chances of winning in the Empire State, the former president responded, “I think we have a chance to win in New York. It hasn’t been done in, you know, many, many decades as a Republican.”

“I think we have a very good chance.”

Jones, who is Black, quipped during the interview that during the rally, there were more people who “look like me than you,” which meant that the rally was proof of Trump’s increasing support in various among the Blacks.

“I did things in office that nobody else has done, criminal justice reform. I did criminal justice reform at a level that nobody thought was possible to get. And I did that largely for the Black and Hispanic community, they’re the ones that wanted it,” Trump answered.

Attendees were full of energy and vibrant.

One voter told NBC that it “doesn’t matter” if Trump is convicted of 88 counts of felony because the people want him back in the Oval Office.

Another supporter said, “Biden has disrespected the people of the city of New York.”

“This was the best city in the world. We’re not the Great Apple anymore. We’re not the Big Apple, we are the rotten apple.”

Some blasted Biden’s remarks on Charlamagne Tha God’s show saying “You ain’t black” if they won’t vote for him.

“I’m black because that’s how I was born and what I am, and Trump, he’s gonna be the man that can save this country. Period,” one supporter quipped.

Trump’s campaign reported at least 25,000 supporters arrived at the rally.
