Alvin Bragg to Face House Judiciary Probe

After so many excuses, Fat Alvin backtracked and finally agreed to face the House Judiciary Committee’s probe into the recent sham hush money trial of President Donald Trump.

The Manhattan District attorney initially declined to attend but finally agreed to testify after a series of requests from House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, who heads the investigation on the weaponization of law against the former president and his associates.

Jordan demands Bragg and Biden’s assassin, Matthew Colangelo, attend the Weaponization Committee hearing on June 13. But the corrupt district attorney claims he won’t be available on the scheduled date because of “scheduling conflicts.”

Bragg wants to make sure crooked Judge Juan Merchan completes Trump’s sentence to achieve his goal of ‘getting’ the presumptive Republican presidential nominee.

Fat Alvin also demanded the scope of the investigation.

“The District Attorney’s Office, therefore, requests an opportunity to engage with Committee staff to identify a new hearing date and to better understand the scope and purpose of the proposed hearing,” Bragg’s general counsel, Leslie Dubeck, wrote.

“This Office is committed to voluntary cooperation,” Dubeck added.

“That cooperation includes making the District Attorney available to provide testimony on behalf of the Office at an agreed-upon date, and evaluating the propriety of allowing an Assistant District Attorney to testify publicly about an active prosecution to which he is assigned.”

Jordan also demands Bragg’s lead prosecutor, Matthew Colangelo, and lifelong left-wing activist.

Colangelo is also a Biden appointee who previously worked in the Department of Justice.

Meanwhile, even legal analysts questioned Trump’s conviction, including Yale Law Professor Jed Rubenfeld, who remarked that challenging the kangaroo court’s decision might take years to finish and could cause “irreparable harm.”

“Of course that would take years, and that’s a problem here. Why is it a problem? It’s a problem because the election will have taken place, and if this conviction is unlawful and unconstitutional, it could have an effect on that election,” Rubenfeld said in an interview in Straight Down the Middle podcast.

The law professor added that it is “not true” that Trump is a “convicted felon,” contrary to the lies and slanders being spread by the communist Democrats.

Rubenfield argued that one is “not a convicted felon because of a jury verdict.”

“You are not convicted until the judge enters that judgment of guilt. Now, in New York, it’s very likely that Judge Merchan will enter that judgment of guilt against Trump on the same day that he issues sentencing. That’d be July 11th.”

However, in Trump’s case, the final verdict will be handed out in November, not by Biden’s courts and minions, but by the people.

Donald Trump sacrificed a life of luxury to be convicted in a fake trial, with a rigged jury, a communist judge, a communist DA, a communist state AG, a Communist Governor, a communist DOJ, and a dictator living in the White House.
