A federal judge on Tuesday issued a “stay to bar enforcement” to Joe Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for federal employees and federal contractors.
This marks a huge win against Biden’s many attempted tyrannical policies. U.S. District Judge R. Stan Baker, from Augusta, Georgia who was appointed by former Republican President Donald Trump issued this order earlier today for blocking the unconstitutional policy nationwide.
Recently, seven states – Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, South Carolina, Utah, and West Virginia and several other federal contractors had sued the Biden administration for this vaccine mandate policy. The judge issued the order in response to these lawsuits.
Judge Baker found that Joe Biden exceeded authorization from Congress when issuing this mandate back in September.
“The Court acknowledges the tragic toll that the COVID-19 pandemic has wrought throughout the nation and the globe,” wrote Judge Baker. “However, even in times of crisis this Court must preserve the rule of law and ensure that all branches of government act within the bounds of their constitutionally granted authorities.” He added.
Another Federal Judge from Kentucky had recently issued a preliminary injunction against the policy just last week. That order only applied to contractors in Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee. But this new Baker order applies nationwide.
Joe Biden had issued this vaccine mandate policy through an executive order on Sept 9. That required all federal contractors and subcontractors to comply with “workspace safety guidelines” developed by his “Federal Task Force” and all federal contractor employees were required to be fully vaccinated by Jan 18.
This would have affected millions of unvaccinated employees and contractors nationwide. But with this ruling, many of the free American employees were received. And this ruling puts all three of Biden’s vaccine mandate laws on hold.
Previously, Judges issued a stay to the order that was applicable to private businesses with 100 or more employees and another for health care workers across the U.S.

i think biden is correct and the judge is very wrong people dont realize the importance of the vaccines !!!
If Biden is right why is he only going after the working man? Why doesn’t he require all welfare recipients to get vaccinated if they want to continue getting checks? Why do they not take into consideration those that have had covid and test positive for anti bodies don’t need to get vaccinated, as many in the scientific field believe is beyter than javing been vaccinated!
Il giudice ha perfettamente ragione… la gente deve rendersi conto che i vaccini sono importanti ma solo fino a un certo punto. Dipendere solo da loro è molto pericoloso (per la libertà) oltre che stupido.
