INSIDE JOB? Lead Secret Service Agent in Butler Aware of Threat But Failed To Signal Alarm, According to Senate Report

It took the corrupt federal authorities more than two months to make a conclusive report on the failed assassination of the former president, not to mention how the Secret Service and Homeland Security made the probe feel like pulling teeth and stonewalled investigations in an attempt to whitewash the situation and shield themselves from any accountability in the shooting of Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania.

However, in a 94-page report by the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee and Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, a major security breach was exposed.

The report further emphasized the accountability of the Secret Service for allowing the Republican candidate to continue the rally without adjusting security measures despite knowing of a credible threat against Trump.

Four days before the rally, the lead Secret Service agent tasked to prepare and plan for the event failed to notify her supervisor, the Special Agent In Charge of the Pittsburgh Field Office, about the possible threat to the MAGA leader’s life.

She even wrote in her report that there was “no adverse intelligence” related to the threat to Trump’s security during the Butler rally, despite admitting to a prior warning. This breach of protocol had almost cost the life of the 78-year-old Trump, who was fired upon by a deranged Democrat, Thomas Matthew Crooks.

Additionally, the failed assassination led to the murder of Butler’s former fire department chief, Corey Comperatore, and left two other rallygoers severely injured. Meanwhile, Crooks’ bullet only managed to graze the former president’s ear. The result could have been worse if the Secret Service’s counter-sniper failed to neutralize Crooks.

The lead agent even worsened an unfavorable situation after she alleged that the Pittsburgh SAIC was informed about the “credible intelligence” information she received and the counter-sniper deployment. However, the SAIC asserted that her claims never happened.

The Pittsburgh SAIC added that if they had been notified, they could have moved the event indoors.

Enraged, the SAIC also complained, “Why am I hearing that there were threats to the site on TV,” in a handwritten note.

“How can the SAIC of our [field office] not know about any threats and why did they feel that only one part of [Special Operations Divisions] was sufficient to cover it instead of the entire package,” the note furthered.

The investigation further revealed that Secret Service counter snipers were in the event due to “credible intelligence” gathered but failed to notify SS personnel in the area, including the intelligence advance agent and the SAIC of the field office.

As a matter of fact, “only two of the [Secret Service] personnel the Committee has interviewed were made aware that there was a credible threat related to former President Trump prior to July 13,” the report said.

Despite the death of Comperatore and the injury sustained by Trump and two other Republican supporters, the lead agent and 11 elements of the Security Service refused to admit accountability for the security failures found in the report.
