Crooked Joe has weaponized the federal government’s institution against his strongest opponent, Donald Trump. But the tables are now turning against him, and those he expected to defend him are throwing him under the bus.
After the Supreme Court issued a democrat-shattering decision on presidential immunity, corrupt Judge Juan Merchan rescheduled Donald J. Trump’s sentencing date on September 18.
The delay will allow the Republican presumptive presidential nominee to attend the Republican National Convention on July 15 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

However, if you think this was out of Merchan’s merciful heart, this wasn’t the case. As we all know, this New York judge was conflicted and a staunch Democrat. If anything, Fat Alvin must have needed more time to regroup after the SCOTUS slapped Biden’s lawfare with an immunity decision.
The decision of the highest court also moved the scheduled trial for Trump’s election interference charges, where he was accused of criminally engaging in a “multi-part conspiracy” to revert the results of the 2020 US election.
After the SCOTUS issued their ruling, Trump’s attorney immediately sent a motion to overturn the New York court decision and demanded the verdict on him to be junked.
Before the decision, the MAGA leader was set for sentencing on July 11, less than a week before the Republican Party convention, where he would be proclaimed the official nominee of the GOP.
“The matter is adjourned to September 18, 2024, at 10 am for the imposition of sentence, if such is still necessary,” Judge Juan Merchan wrote that the delay will allow time to consider the bombshell Supreme Court ruling.
Fat Alvin claimed he did not oppose the delay but maintained that the “defendant’s arguments were without merit.”
Meanwhile, the 45th president lauded the decision and wrote in a post at Truth Social that “was Totally and Completely Innocent from the beginning of this Giant and Highly Illegal Scam, long before the Supreme Court’s Decision.”
“The impact of the Immunity Ruling is a loud and clear signal for Justice in the United States. I AM PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN!” he added.
On the other side of the fence, Biden, who just woke up from his nap, read a 4-minute prepared speech for him on the SCOTUS’ decision. Painfully, despite his spontaneous agility during his speech, he managed to fail (again!) by even reading the “end of quote” as written in the teleprompter. Crooked Joe argued that ‘no one was above the law’ but forgot that a few months ago, he had been bragging about crossing the SCOTUS on his bogus student debt cancellation program.

Chief Justice John Roberts, in his opinion, clarified that although a president is “not above the law,” he does have “absolute immunity” from criminal persecution for official acts committed while in office.
“The president therefore may not be prosecuted for exercising his core constitutional powers,” Roberts added.
