JUSTICE PREVAILS: Judge Scott McAfee Dismissed Two Charges Against Trump

The corrupt communist Democrats have tried everything — from slandering Donald Trump, slapping him with fabricated charges, and almost getting him killed when crooked Joe quipped that it’s time to put the former president “in a bullseye.” Yet, the Republican presidential nominee continues to prevail.

In a ruling on Thursday, Judge Scott McAfee dismissed two of the ten remaining election-related charges against Trump and associates, as these cases were related to federal crimes outside his authority. He further remarked that prosecutors had no authority to put forward charges about the filing of alleged false documents in federal court.

The Georgia judge decided to toss out charges of conspiracy and filing false documents put forward by the scandalous Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.

The dismissed charges were Willis’ allegations that the defendants assembled a group of fake presidential electors who filed a civil lawsuit in federal court to appeal the election results in Georgia.

Trump’s attorney, Steve Sadow, hailed the decision and said, “President Trump and his legal team in Georgia have prevailed once again.”

“The trial court has decided that counts 15 and 27 in the indictment must be quashed/dismissed.”

McAfee’s decision was a major embarrassment for Fani Willis, who vowed to prosecute the former president. Trump asserted that he was not guilty to all the lawsuits against him.

In his order, the Fulton County Judge remarked, “The Supremacy Clause declares that state law must yield to federal law when the two conflict.”

Meanwhile, McAfee ruled that the racketeering charges against former president Trump could go to trial.

Fulton County DA initially slapped Trump with 13 charges. However, McAfee decided that Willis’ accusations alleging that the former president forced Georgia officials to violate their oaths of office due to lack of substance.

The RICO case on Trump was also on pause after Willis was exposed for exploiting her position to benefit her budding relationship with the Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade.

Wade later stepped out of the case.

On the other hand, Trump’s appeal to disqualify corrupt Democrat DA is scheduled on December 5, 2024, which will push the weaponized RICO case against the former president by the end of the election season.

The people in X also backed Trump’s legal battles, calling all these charges “nothing moe than political warfare.”

Ryan Fournier of Radical Alert furthered, “All of the cases against Donald J Trump are absolute bullsh*t.”

“Fani Willis’ case is falling apart,” Nick Sortor of Tucker Carlson Tonight, exclaimed.
