Montgomery County PA Under Fire For Issuing Untested Early Ballots; RNC Files Charges

The corrupt Democrats will do everything to steal this election, including bending the rules according to their whim and exploiting vulnerabilities to flip the votes in favor of loser Comrade Kamala.

Pennsylvania, a Democrat-controlled state, has been under tight scrutiny recently as liberals desperately attempt to rig the November election.

As the early voting began, election officials of Montgomery County faced election-related charges after being found issuing mail-in ballots without conducting pre-election testing, a step significant to make sure that voting machines will not malfunction in November.

According to the Republican National Committee’s filing, under the leadership of Neil Makhija, Montgomery County Board Commissioners started sending out ballots on September 17, several days earlier than the scheduled testing on September 19.

Under the Pennsylvania Election Code, testing is required to ensure that ballots are properly formatted, voting machines will count accordingly, and errors will be determined and fixed before election day.

As per the Election Code, testing allows “election officials an opportunity to identify and redress errors in election definition, ballot format, and layout, including, but not limited to, appropriate locations for folds on absentee/mail-in ballots, missing races, missing party identification, incorrectly worded ballot questions, and incorrect tabulation.”

Once the testing is complete, county boards must submit a certification to the secretary “at least 15 days prior to every election held in their jurisdiction and must submit the certification electronically to the Department of State.”

On September 13, the Montgomery County Board of Elections notified the plaintiff, Christian Nascimento, chairman of the Montgomery County Republican Committee, regarding the scheduled L&A testing.

“As you are no doubt aware, we have yet to receive a certified ballot from the Department of State. As such, we will not be starting L&A on Monday. Once we have a certified ballot my intention is to begin L&A testing the next business day, but in any event, I will notify you all once we have the ability to proceed.”

Frank Dean of the Montgomery County Election Board then informed Nascimento that they scheduled the testing on September 19 and moved on September 23.

But in a surprising turn of events, the ballot distribution pushed through on September 17 even without testing.

In their lawsuit, the RNC wrote, “Defendants are the only county in Pennsylvania to have commenced voting without completing L&A testing.”

Its commissioner even boasted the ballot distribution on X, saying: “Officially cast the first ballot in Montgomery County and perhaps the first in Pennsylvania! Mail-in ballots are being sent out now, and you can apply for yours at http://MontcoVotes.com.”

The RNC asserted in the filing that the “Montgomery County Election Officials immediately cease the distribution of all mail and absentee ballots until the satisfactory completion of all mandated testing;” furthermore, “Any and all mail and absentee ballots distributed thus far must be immediately segregated upon return so that arrangements can be made to count these ballots by hand.”
