One of New York City’s largest police unions has now filed a lawsuit against mayor Bill de Blasio’s vaccine mandate tyranny.
The Police Benevolent Association, which represents about 24,000 rank-and-file officers, on Monday requested the State’s Supreme Court to block Mayor de Blasio’s mandate that requires all government employees to take the vaccine or get fired.
This was filed in New York’s Staten Island that is home to many NYPD officers. According to The New York Times, Staten Island has a vaccination rate shorter than the citywide average.
Bill de Blasio enforced this vaccine mandate law last week that requires all New York City’s 160,000 municipal employees to get the vaccine and show proof of vaccination or risk being fired from their jobs.
The City’s Law Department claims that this mandate is essential “to keep New Yorkers safe”
“Every effort to stop the city’s vaccine mandates has failed in court, and we believe this suit by the PBA will meet the same fate,”
Thousands of police officers, firefighters, and municipal employees marched across the Brooklyn Bridge to City Hall on Monday to protest this tyrannical law.

I believe We The People of the United States of America should be given the choice whether to take the vaccine or not. This is exactly what Adolf Hitler did to the Jewish as well Polish people at the Auschwitz camp in Poland. He used them as his lab rats and performed inhumane experiments on them.
1) A “Mandate” is NOT a law,
2) De Blasio is a dictator who has ruined this once great city & doing as much as he can before he’s out,
3) It should be a choice of the people &
4) IT’s NOT a vaccine! It’s an MRNA altering chemical that weakens the immune system
