Monday night, Joshua Ziminski and his wife, Kelly Ziminski, two Kenosha rioters, were charged with several offenses after committing a string of robberies. Armed robbery and armed burglary are among the charges.

Ziminski was arrested following the riot on a gun charge and for arson. He was on bail when he committed his new crimes.

And now, with Ziminski’s arrest, it’s clear that Rittenhouse was not the only one armed that night.

On Tuesday, at a hearing, prosecutors dismissed an earlier case that related to Ziminski’s disorderly conduct with a weapon. This charge came from Ziminski shooting in the air before Kyle Rittenhouse shot Joseph Rosenbaum between two cars at a gas station.

Now, Ziminski is facing six felonies, including armed robbery and armed burglary, after he was arrested Monday night.

On August 25th, Ziminski is said to have stolen a handgun from a car that was parked in a garage located in Waukesha, Wisconsin. If this wasn’t enough, he’s also accused of robbing an innocent grocery store on September 2nd.

The charges he’s facing include: Felony Armed Robbery, Felony Armed Burglary, Felony False Imprisonment, Felony Intimidation of Victim, Felony ID Theft, Misdemeanor Battery. It remains unclear which charges he may have to spend jail time.

If convicted, Ziminski could face up to 80 years in prison.

Ziminski’s arrest is the latest development in a case that has drawn national attention and sparked a fierce debate over gun rights and self-defense.
