Stupid Joe Biden thought he could escape prosecution and wash his hands from all the crimes he had committed under his regime. The Democrats have been spending millions of taxpayers’ money to destroy Trump in the hopes of derailing his campaign and reelection.
However, Senator Lindsay Graham (R-South Carolina) warns that this could backfire on the Democrats massively. Furthermore, the senator warned that Biden should “pray” that the SCOTUS award Trump presidential immunity, or he could face jail time for opening the gates to a border invasion that allowed undocumented aliens to rape and murder the American people.

“Joe Biden better hope and pray there’s presidential immunity, because when he allowed the killer of Laken Riley to be released on parole because [of] lack of capacity, I think he’s subject not only to lawsuit but criminal prosecution—if there’s not presidential immunity,” Graham lamented during an appearance on “Fox News Sunday.”
Graham weighed his opinions as the Supreme Court was heavily scrutinized by communist liberals, with Biden even complaining, “Supreme Court has never been as out of kilter as it is today, and members of the Senate were suggesting they would impose a code of ethics on SCOTUS.
The GOP senator stressed that Democrats are only criticizing the SCOTUS to protect Biden from prosecution, including the imposition of “open borders,” which allowed the invasion of more than seven illegal immigrants onto our borders.
“The border is beyond broken. You have wars in Ukraine. You have the Mideast on fire. When it comes to enforcing the law, Joe Biden has been beyond reckless. He’s taken a parole statute that’s limited in nature and has given a million people parole,” the South Carolina lawmaker added.
Graham asserted that the murder of the 22-year-old nursing student, Laken Riley, inside the University of Georgia campus was due to Biden allowing the invasion.
Riley was out for a run when he met Jose Antonio Ibarra, an illegal immigrant with several crimes already on his belt. She died from blunt force trauma to the head.

“Laken Riley’s murderer was paroled because they had a lack of capacity in El Paso. They let him out under the parole statute because they were full. There’s nothing in the statute that says you can go cause you’re full. And he killed this lady. On and on and on. All of these women who’ve been raped and murdered have one thing in common. The people that killed them, raped them, and murdered them were in our custody and let go, I think, illegally,” he continued before suggesting Biden could be imprisoned for his failed immigration policies.

Regardless of whether Trump is granted immunity for his NON-crimes, Biden should NEVER be granted presidential immunity for TREASON; it shouldn’t even be a *thought*. If our enemies have to “pray” that SCOTUS grants Trump immunity for what legal scholars agree are NOT crimes, we’re in a LOT more trouble than we realize if that therefore results in a president — ANY president — having immunity for committing TREASON, GOD HELP US ALL!
All Lindsey is doing is admitting the Uniparty has NO plans to go after Biden for treason or anything else, unless forced to *appear* to do so because SCOTUS doesn’t grant Trump immunity, and I DO mean “appear to do so”, because the Uniparty is NEVER going after Biden, not for real. I don’t understand why he wasn’t stopped when he allowed all the illegals to walk into this country and awarded financial assistance and shelter in hotels and schools.
