Kyle Rittenhouse spoke out and gave a message of hope to Jose Alba, the New York City bodega worker who has been charged with murder by the Manhattan District Attorney. He is being charged even though Alba was defending himself from an attack.

Kyle responded to a post by Greg Price. Price said:

“This is Jose Alba and he’s being charged with second degree murder by Soros funded prosecutor Alvin Bragg for stabbing a violent ex-con to death who came into the Bodega he was working in and attacked him. The absolute state of New York. The absolute state of progressivism.”

Kyle responded:

“Self-defense isn’t a crime. Don’t give up hope Jose, I am living proof that the truth can prevail.”

Kayleigh McEnany, co-host of “Outnumbered”, said, “I feel like I’m in the Twilight Zone. What kind of sick, twisted place are we sitting in here in the middle of New York City, where this man who is defending himself is put in jail?”

“Simon came back reportedly about 10 minutes later with a mission to confront this individual, as you point out, shoved him against a wall.”

“As you point out, grabbed him on the back of the neck. And all he did was defend himself. Alba has no criminal history. He’s just a good, hardworking person who immigrated to this country and has been a law-abiding citizen.”

“His daughter said, ‘It was either him or the guy at the moment. He’s never hurt anybody. He’s never had an altercation where he had to defend himself.”

“This is the first time for him.’ So you have to make a choice between your life or going to Rikers Island, which we all know is a pretty brutal place.

“Thank goodness we live in a country that’s trial by jury. I hope these charges are dropped,” she said.

Kyle Rittenhouse has begun to take legal action against the media that defined him.

The Raging Patriot previously reported:

Rittenhouse’s lawyer stated, “we’re going to look at everything that’s been said,” “Then determine which of those comments are legally actionable and proceed from there”. The teen written house was charged with the fatal shooting of two men during the 2020 Kenosha riots.

He had testified that he acted in self-defense and was ultimately acquitted of all the charges placed against him. Several news outlets have referred to Rittenhouse as a white supremacist and/or mass murderer. In a quote stated by Rittenhouses’ lawyer,

“Let’s just use for an example what Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg said about Rittenhouse,” “They said that he was involved in a mass murder incident. This was not a mass murder incident. It was clearly factually false. To call somebody a mass murdererIs seriously defamatory then to use the power of social media to basically censor any views that would take opposition to that mass murderer statement, is a serious effort to destroy his character.”
