US Department to Zelensky: ‘Too Corrupt to Join NATO’

The U.S. Department will deliver a massive heartbreak to Ukraine’s president, Volodymyr Zelensky, next week during the annual NATO alliance.

This news will frustrate Zelensky, who provoked a war against Russia and imposed martial law in Ukraine.

A senior official from the State Department said that they will require Zelensky to take “additional steps” before they even consider Ukraine’s application.

“We have to step back and applaud everything that Ukraine has done in the name of reforms over the last two-plus years.”

“As they continue to make those reforms, we want to commend them, we want to talk about additional steps that need to be taken, particularly in the area of anti-corruption. It is a priority for many of us around the table,” the official added.

Since the beginning of the conflict, the Ukrainian president has sought to be part of NATO, something that the Russian president, Vladimir Putin, does not allow.

Zelensky claimed he had taken steps to address these problems, including sacking multiple high-ranking military and government officials. Despite these, Ukraine can still not account for all the financial aid they had received from Kyiv’s allies.

But NATO officials confirmed they will construct posts in Kyiv and Germany to strengthen its alliance with Ukraine.

Meanwhile, Zelensky acknowledged in an interview with Philadelphia last week that Ukraine is still not welcome in NATO. He said, “They (the U.S.) are talking about it openly. President (Joe) Biden is talking about it. And (Donald) Trump says that if it were not for NATO, the war might not have started.”

“We hear both opinions of the two parties. And this suggests that no one sees Ukraine in NATO today. Unfortunately.”

The U.S. National Security Council spokesperson John Kirby had earlier remarked that Ukraine needs to beat Russia before acquiring membership in NATO.

“It is so-called ‘one step forward, two steps back’ policy. I do not think that this is the policy of world leaders,” Zelensky quipped.

“If America is afraid of irritating (Vladimir) Putin, and that is why we are not invited, then we ask the United States to give us as much as possible that can protect us (from Russian aggression).”

Zelensky again has signalled that he needs more ‘aid’ in the guise, of protecting his land from Russian invasion.

At first, he only wanted firearms, but now he’s been eyeing Patriot air defense systems and F-16 fighter jets.

Crooked Joe had allowed and supported all of Zelensky’s B.S. at the expense of the American people’s money.
