It follows persistent requests from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, who has sought permission for Ukraine’s military to target Russian military installations situated far from its borders.
The decision is influenced by Russia’s recent deployment of North Korean ground troops to bolster its forces, a move that has raised concerns in both Washington and Kyiv. The initial deep strikes by Ukraine are expected to employ ATACMS rockets, which possess a range of up to 190 miles (306 km).

So I think if biden gets us in to world War III, he will possibly call Marshall law, which if that happens I’m worried President Trump won’t be able to take his seat because I think Marshall law shuts everything down, all over the US.
